About Me

I’m a back yard pitmaster who appreciates the craft and is in awe of those who can cook consistent BBQ perfection for the masses. My Blog is set up for fun and I try not to take myself too seriously writing it. Most restaurants reviewed are Mom and Pops trying to make a living, so I try to stay positive in my reviews and let those who do food reviews for a living give out all the criticism.

My ratings come in in the form of one of two blog tags based on the merchandise I purchase:
